Terms and conditions.

1.     I agree that Padayachi (Pty) Ltd t/a Grounded Mindfulness, its agents, directors, employees, volunteers and representatives are not responsible for any injuries, death, illness or loss of any kind sustained by you or any other person while participating in the activities performed by you. I further acknowledge the possible risks or dangers, if any, associated with these activities which I have agreed to participate in.

2.     Upon making a booking with Grounded Mindfulness, payment will be due immediately and in accordance with the payment details provided to you. Proof of payment must be emailed to nadia@groundedmindfulness.com within 24 hours of payment. Failure to provide proof of payment may result in your booking being cancelled or allocated to another client.

3.     Should any booking be cancelled by you for any reason whatsoever, Grounded Mindfulness will not be liable to refund you. Grounded Mindfulness will only provide a full refund to you if a single class is cancelled upon 24 hours written notice, and for monthly packages upon 1 (one) months written notice. Upon cancellation in line with the above-mentioned notice periods, you may elect whether to receive a full refund or to be credited with a full package subscription.

4.     Grounded Mindfulness reserves the right to cancel your contract/membership/subscription with immediate effect should you breach any term of this contract or any other ancillary agreement between yourself and Grounded Mindfulness. Grounded Mindfulness further reserves the right to cancel your contract/membership/subscription with immediate effect should you act in any manner which goes against the values of Grounded Mindfulness or exhibit any behaviour which is considered inappropriate.

5.     All parties agree that they will comply with POPI regulations and process all the information and/or personal data in respect of the services being rendered in accordance with the said regulation and only for the purpose of providing the services set out in the agreement to provide services.
