Your yoga journey begins here

I joined the Yoga for Absolute Beginners course and really loved it. Nadia is attentive, a brilliant instructor and creates a welcoming environment for all shapes, sizes and ages. I feel so excited to continue doing yoga with this group.

What to expect

🐝 To move at your own pace: You won’t be forced to do anything that doesn’t feel safe for you to do.

🐝 To discover different ways to connect with your body and mind.

🐝 To learn a little more about yoga philosophy. Yoga is so much more than the physical practice, and the philosophy is weaved into each class.

🐝 To be surprised by what you can do with your body!

About Nadia

Nadia started yoga in high school, which the science teacher taught - thank goodness it was considered a sport because there’s no way that she could control a hockey stick! Years later, she doesn’t believe that practising yoga means being able to pretzel your body into different shapes.

If you’ve never practised yoga before, Nadia is a beginner’s teacher at heart. This is the fifth round of Yoga for Absolute Beginners.

Your yoga journey begins here

I started with the absolute beginner’s class and haven’t left (and don’t plan to!). Nadia’s classes always make you feel lighter, calmer and make you question why you haven’t joined sooner. Her kindness and gentleness is always felt, during and after the class.
